I want the case because im working on a project for my new build. But i also need a PSU because the one i have now are apparently notorious for exploding.

Just keep the PSU.... you're just wasting money on a new power supply when you already have a semi-decent one with the same wattage. And people who say that it's gonna blow up are over exaggerating.

Get the Case.

People say the RM series isn't that great either unless its the RMi. I don't understand it but I figure I'd pass along the info

Edit: I vote case. You seem to be aware of your PSUs limitations so deal with it later

I'd vote for a new PSU, but not that one because you can find EVGA 850W PSUs for similar prices with good quality.

For the Best builds and Price lists here is a world where many points of the price have been predefined already for your convenience!

The Xeon E3 1231 V3 IS BETTER Than the Core i5 4690K and a Significantly better value for the non-overclockers or value shoppers.

The OS is like a kind food, Try it before saying if you like it or don't.

Recommend anything in particular? pl0x under $100 and fully modular.

If you mean the build in your sig

1: your cx 750m isnt likely gonna explode....its fine...really...people are exaggerating

2: A PSU with half that wattage would be enough, youre gonna scrape at 300w while gaming realisticly.

If you really like the case you can go for it of course.

As far as I remember cwt used chinese 105 °C high quality capacitors instead of the almighty japanese 105°C high quality capacitors

in that one and the ripple wasnt amazing.

The RM series PSUs are very high quality and very quiet, efficient and well build. Its just that lately every psu that is not 10/10 perfect seems

to transform into a Diablotech firecracker in everyones mind.

$90 850W  (EVGA 110-B2-0850-V1)

Seems to be a pretty solid choice, especially be the reviews on Newegg.
