Hi, I recently updated my laptop and desktop to Windows 10 and ran into some issue on my desktop.  When I was still using Windows 8.1, I never went above 80% memory usage however, now I am using 80-100% usage with Windows 10. Sometime my computer would give me the blue screen.  Anyone know how to fix it?  This is only happening on my desktop and even when I close out my programs, the memory usage still hangs around 80%.

Windows 10 allows the system applications to use more memory if it's available, I'm not sure how to fix it from trying to use more memory than you have and crashing, however this lack of polish to the os is one reason I've stayed away from 10.

What sort of laptop/ computer are you talking about? Tell us the spec. Most probably you have 1-2Gb ram in your system as running 8.1 and having it at 80% usage on memory is difficult on idle
