So I'll be attempting to either make my own dust filters or use premade filters what are attached using magnets. However the way my case is setup, the filters will have to set on the fans, which aren't made of metal. As such I'll need some magnets that I can put on the fans, so that the filters will stick. My question is, what kind of magnets should I use, and what is too power, in the sense of having a possible effect on the computer components in the case?

MAgnets on the fans? Sounds like that would mess with the aerodynamics. Do something like how the H-440 has it

Well thats why I asking for recommendations for magnets that are weak enough, not to be a problem. Also matter what I end up doing, I'll need some magnets. The question remains, which should I get, and or how strong should they be?

Regular strip magnets aren't a problem, if your using neodymium ones just keep them away from the HDD and SSD which shouldn't be affected but to be safe.

Nothing in your PC is going to be affected by magnets other than the fans, unless you have floppy disks. You are safe putting them anywhere (hard drives are also safe from magnets you are likely going to use). You'd need something way too powerful for PC use to mess up your hard drive.

Why would an SSD be affected by a magnet?

Not really unless it was some large super powerful magnet, normal magnets or small neodymium ones won't have an effect, just precautionary.

EDIT: Srry HDD not SSD they are not affected by magnets.

Well my issue is, magnets with 0,5kg of pull sounds... a bit (A LOT) too much. Amazon is not yielding anything but that type of magnet. There is ofc the strips, but from what I read, those sound too weak. I think the main problem for me is, I have no clue what type of strength I need. Some product recommendations would be nice :)

You also need to know that the field strength is logarithmic and increases/decreases with the square of the distance. So it depends on WHERE the magnet is. A small change in distance is a large value in field strength at the area you are measuring. Since you can't really measure it, just get something sensible like maybe some toy magnets.

Unless your using them to hold panels on you shouldn't need to go nuts or neodymium.
