I have a MSI gtx 950 2gb and an amd fx8350. I play my skyrim onUltra but get constant (minor)stuttering and frames below 60 in certain parts(mostly in the open world) of the game. I would just like to know which part of my system is doing this, or/and would a ssd help(have a hdd)? Thank you

how would i check that?

MSI Afterburner. It has a graph for VRAM usage.

I've got Skyrim on an HDD and it's flawless for me (well, except for a few seconds after getting back into the "overworld" from indoors)

individually they are both capable of achieving a consistent 60+ FPS, actually... wait a minute, have you tried turning Vsync off, if it isn't already

I have it, but it only has RAM. It says nothing about VRAM

For me it's in a graph called "Memory usage" (Not to be confused with RAM usage) which is the 9th graph from the bottom.
