Does AMD Drivers still have issues and give bluescreens? And does blizzard games work fine in AMD cards?

Never had a problem.

  

All drivers can have issues and cause bluescreens.

Very good in my experience. (R9 290)

There is always a small chance you will have issues both with Nvidia and AMD.

Yes Blizzard games work well.
