Does this mean that Intel may respond with vengeance? Will Qualcomm replace AMD in the CPU market. I personally hope that Qualcomm joins the consumer desktop market, because we need someone to push Intel to release more powerful processors, and it is clear that AMD is not doing so at a rapid enough pace. This CPU is, according to the article, running an ARM architecture, this could mean that it may have good power efficiency. Power efficiency is essential for large data centers.
