NO MANS SKY HAS ME ALL ABOARD THE HYPE TRAIN

 

ever since @peterino55 showed me about this game (not out yet) i have been hooked. for those of you that don't know, No Man's Sky is an open world, prosedurally generated, space sim. EVERY GUN, ANIMAL, SHIP, PLANET, AND SOLAR SYSTEM IS RANDOM they say that there will 2^64 planets.

each player starts in there own solar system by themselves. everything you discover you will be able to name. 

 

Tell me what you guys think because the release date is CONFIRMED FOR 2015!!!!

it feels like a game that will have the minecraft effect, i mean once you get full diamond, then what? itll just be repetitive

Minecraft in space? The random creatures and guns will either be super glitchy, or just slightly different.

Minecraft in space? The random creatures and guns will either be super glitchy, or just slightly different.

 

just like Minecraft Faction but you have your faction in the first place

 

while it is similar to minceraft it is an MMO (i forgot to mention that) and so the community possibilities are endless. its like the style of star citezen, gameplay of minceraft, and the endless multiplayer fun of GTA5

I am so hyped for this but I feel its the kind of game where its either so so brilliant or a flop.

My Big fear is it just turns into literally Minecraft in space

well seeing as it is being released for ps4 and pc im sure modern PC hardware will be able to handle it. as for your other concerns, see my reply above^^^

bro, it makes perfect sence. release right before the christmas season so you get more sales, simple tactic that is all too commonly used

maybe and that would make me reconsider buying fallout 4 if it is true and is released in 2015 but i still doubt pc version will come this year

No release date has been announced yet so we don't know for sure if it will be released in 2015.

I've have been interested in this game ever since it was revealed but I will not be getting on any hype train.

Some guy tried to buy it on amazon and they said it wouldn't be restocked till October 27th. Same day halo 5 comes out.

Usually turns out to be wrong, could be right this time but I'm not going to believe it until an official announcement is made.
