Its the drone that sends the stream, you have to find a way to make the drone encrypt it... withc you generally cant do :/ What is your drone?

 

And i believe that the chances of someone hacking into you drone stream are pretty low ;)

First of all why do you want to encrypt it? and where are you going to livestream?

but i highly doubt you can encrypt a drone stream directly

Nothing specific, I just feel anyone can just hack into the stream and watch what I'm seeing through the drone. If I install a micro processor on the drone and input the camera to it and put an ecrypting algorithm in it and decrypt it on my laptop, will that work?

You'd have to mess with the actual drone's firmware.

Unless you are doing something illegal, encryption or not anyone is able to see what you are seeing

That means your stream won't be very accurate and got lots of lag
