Define S front ports not working

make sure the front panel connectors are plugged in correctly first off if they still dont work it could be either bad ports on your board or bad case

 

which one to rma first is up to you

are you sure you plugged them into the correct pins on your motherboard?

Woops lol didnt have the audio power pin connected so that fixed the atudio but one of the USB 3 ports still doesn't work

only one?

but the other does?

 

usb 2 or 3?

are your motherboard usb drivers installed?
