Are these settings fine for OCing this card? Can I push it even further? (1400?)

My main concern with this is my CX750M PSU.

Your PSU will be fine, it has enough power for SLI configurations.

Your overclock is still very conservative. If you can get more without crashes, go for it (~1500 MHz).

What benchmark would you suggest using for a stability test? I have 3D Mark, is that a good way to determine whether or not this is OK? I'm also confused about how voltage works and whether or not to turn up the Memory Clock.

980ti can approach or exceed 1500 if your cooling is good and you have a good card

My card has never exceeded 76C and hasn't even reached 50% fan speed.

Firestrike is a good benchmark and a decent stability test, your game stable from FS to games will be like 25-50 mhz less in games.

1400-1450 should be easily achievable.   If you want to get higher speeds, you will have to probably run really high fan speeds.

Maxwell likes being really cold when going for max overclocks.

Use a quick stress test like Furmark (on highs ettings) to quickly determine the stability (~1min) and then use 3DMark  to verify the gained performance. Start by doing a basline run with stock speeds and go on from there.

who cares...

The PSU supplies more than enough power, but it's a CX PSU and is not great in any scenario for reliability.

Alright, I ran 3D Mark and my percentile went from 91% to 94% while the card was at 1420. My Temp never exceeded 73C, would you say this is stable?

The only way to be 100% sure is to try games.

Usually if it'll run firestrike, it will play games at close to the same frequency.

You should work with the graphics score, but that's already a good improvement. ;)

As long as you aren't crashing or seeing artifacts, it's stable.

Welp my computer crashed at 1417MHZ, so I'm just gonna leave it at the above benchmark and not mess with it.
