I'm usually on the just get a 1000W PSU and never worry boat, especially at such high budgets

 

But you may want to consider getting an AMD card like a non X fury, which would get you a bit better performance per dollar, especially when it comes to getting a free-sync display over a G-sync display. There's also a good number more display options on the free-sync side of things.

Also at that budget, you should totally go X99
