CAN I USE SSD FO PC OS AND GAMES?

AND

INTERNAL HDD FOR BIG DATA FILES IS IT POSSIBLE ?

AND

SUGGEST ME  BEST 240 GB  GAMING SSD PLEE...

AND  

SUGGEST ME GOOD 1 TB CAPACITY    INTERNAL HDD

yes you can. The good ones will be more expensive but a good ssd is an intel 730 series 240gb ssd and a good hdd would be a WD black

Well not touching the capslock will help. xD usually they are listed with their capacities next to it. Oww and 1 will probably end up being ur C drive while the other will be ur D

You should be totally fine using the drives as you want them. :)
Do have in mind that gaming relies on the storage's performance only for the loading times and the autosaves. Graphics and FPS stay completely unaffected so you won't see any improvement on them when you put a game on a SSD.
The guys gave you some good SSD suggestions :) For the 1TB drive I could recommend checking WD Blue and WD Black. Both should provide you very good reliability and performance and should be enough for what you need. Here are links with more info on them:
