OP has a Sapphire VaporX R9 290, which is not compatible with the Alphacool block he also linked. @Comic_Sans_MS showed a picture of what is not Sapphire VaporX R9 290.

I have fixed that.

I thought the Tri-X and Vapor-X was the same thing (They are NOT)
