So I am looking to MAYBE plasti dip the Asus ROG Logo on the side of my NZXT H440 and I need something, like an outline of it, so I can paint inside of it, I Can't just print it on paper because that's too small. Any ideas on how to do this? Also is it fine to use it on my case fans, or will it fly off? I am looking to put it on the blades of the fans.

I wouldn't mess with any fan blades.  You will almost certainly make them off balance and mess with the aerodynamics, both of which will massively impact their effectiveness.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

unless you buy yate loon fans, they might end up balanced better afterwards...

I would probably recommend a vinyl decal instead since plasti-dip is a bit of a hassel with stencils since it requires cut lines before removing any masking material making it hard to get sharp lines. For fans also they are not a very good option due to the thickness of the material needed for proper coverage it has more of a tendency to throw the fan blades off balance and airflow pattern by the blades compared to say regular spray paint.

I didn't think of that, what about the sides of the fans?

Well I'm looking to make the bare side of the H440 have some more color, or cool-ness if that makes sense. Got any ideas?

Yeah getting a vinyl decal or a custom one made is probably your best bet, plasti-dip isn't exactly the best for doing designs with, while it can be done it take a lot of effort and extra care to get it to look perfect.

I know @MeDownYou makes custom vinyls so he may be able to help you with that.

For plasti-dip if you plan to use it for other things I have a guide on it here if your interested:

Ah cool. With the GPU Plasti dipping do I NEED to do the sandpaper? Because that will void warranty.
