Graphics Card under 250

Hello, i'm looking for a graphics card under 250 dollars. I can go a little bit over too like around 260 dollars. I a using a corsair cx600w as my psu.

960 has more features like shadowplay, gsync, geforce experience

but it is slower than the 380

its just your decide do you want more features or more performance?

2. get a r9 380

Get a good PSU

 

And get a r9 380, Its more powerful than the 960.

Get than one, it has 4gb of vram and the msi cooling is pretty good

I don't know if I should get an amd or nvidia. I've read that amd cards use more power but are more powerful, but nvidia cards are more power efficient and have better drivers as well as they are partnered with more aaa titles so i;m not sure.
