he threw plastic and cardboard on it to try and snuff it then fanned it with more cardboard lol

 

He literally fueled and then fanned the flames.  He could have just taken that blanket and soaked it in water.

At camping trips when we want the fire higher we fan the fire with a pizza box lol.

A) try and put out fire with cardboard

B ) deal with the situation so casually
