Hi i am new to build Pc's as I have been a console gamer and loved it. However i love pc games. at the moment I have a mac book and can play things like garys mod and cs-go but i would like to start playing more games. So as it is christmas / birthday i want a pc. It would work, but it's a massive waste of money for gaming. 

 

EDIT: Actually, it wouldn't work, there's no PSU. 

 

I'll make you something much better for that price range.

I would go for a GS or G2 if you're going down the EVGA route for PSU. The NEX series isn't great.

Not crap, but there's better options for the price. Bit like the RM series from Corsair, they're not bad, but if you're buying new it's better to go for something else.
