Booting with USB windows 8.1

rex8

Hi. I bought this new Asus X205TA-HAT m0103 netbook and need to upgrade to Windows 10. The ssd is only 32gigs so I don't have enough memory to upgrade it until I remove the Recovery partition (10gigs). I have already backed up the partitons but I haven't ever used windows 8 or had a secure bios so I need to know how to boot from USB and disable the security stuff. I'm a linux guy so nothing is really too hard for me to do, I just want to save some time and have someone help me really quickly. Thanks in advance. Oh btw when I open diskpart to delete the recovery partition, all I get is a help option.. Not the regular option to shrink or delete partition. I'm thinking I could probably make a Gparted live USB and delete it that way.. What do you guys think?
