I have a wireless mouse, The usb thing is plugged in. i am not even 10cm away and its unusable, i wont move without moving the mouse loads, even on highest sensitivity. it will move then stop. kind of shakes when moving it. i have tried new battery, diffrent usb everything but nothing helps?

probably your 2.4ghz band that the mouse is in is taken up by another signal and it can't cope.

il try turning my router away, im pretty close 2 it.

2.4ghz is the most crowded band known to humanity, even microwaves work at 2.4ghz

What could be interfearing?

2,4GHz is one of very few allowed radio ranges. Pretty much all wireless device use it. Routers, Bluetooth, wireless headsets, RC cars, baby monitors and so on. And some others that aren't (meant to be) wireless, like microwave ovens. :D And keep in mind, the interference can always be coming from outside, like from neighbors or even other receivers like laptops or phones. 

 

You might just as well have a bad sensor on your mouse. Is it old? Has it always been like this?

No, fairly new fad some issues with another mouse that cleared up though, It might be becuase there is two new wifi connections in the area. its ok i can lived with my wired one. im moving soon and the interference isnt too bad there.
