Eh... GPU maybe. You should be OK.

yes it will bottleneck, as in you overspending on cpu and skimping on gpu, gpu is where most of the power comes from

Spend more on GPU. Like an r9 380 or r9 390

Low budget: I would say get a better GPU, remove the Watercooling on the CPU and put some extra money into the GPU.

Strict budget: Get a better GPU and another CPU.

No budget: Then just get a better GPU.
