Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Yes, the GPU will bottleneck the CPU. But that is what you want, for the GPU to be at 100% load and the CPU not. If it was the other way around, it would be a bad thing.

no bottleneck, seems a good combo
