OC Stuck on OC Genie Screen

I have the MSI X99A SLI Plus with an i7-5820k CPU.

 

Anyways the OC Genie feature in the bios caught my eyes so I tried it out. I enabled it on the bios and the system rebooted itself. The next thing I know on my screen is stuck on the yellow "OC Genie Enabled!!" warning screen. None of my keys do anything and it never goes into the actual bios nor does it boot into windows.

 

How do I fix this? It said I shouldn't clear the CMOS and I enabled OC genie in the bios rather than with the physical button. What should I do?
