Yes. Also, look around your house for that cord. I have a million of them, they are very common

Possibly a dud cable, they should work no problem and the speakers aren't super high draw/current devices so you wouldn't require a super thick or larger conductor type wire, those are usually the standard 18awg.

Basically AWG the size of the conductors in the power cord, the input info on the device itself are just general information on the voltages it can accept. For that cord being 18AWG rated at 10A it would be able to hand around a theoretical max of 1250W. Where your speakers are never going to reach.
