I'm building a cheap gaming PC. I really really want an SSD for my OS for faster speeds. Although my budget is very tight. I also want to know how much space do I really need for Windows on an SSD, I would like to get the cheapest one which will probably have a low storage capacity. So I need someone to find me a super cheap SSD that can hold my OS, thanks so much any help is appreciated.

Samsung 850 evo.  ~$70 for 120gb and ~$90 for 250gb.  The 120 will hold windows and a few small programs and it should be good on your budget.

The is for the recommendation, I'm also wondering how much space do I need for an OS? So would a 60GB be fine, as there cheaper, or something less?

I would not advise anything less than 120GB.  Some programs will not let you change where you install them too and having some headroom on the SSD will be nice.

Alright that sounds fair. Since I am doing a budget build, an SSD technically isn't recommended, so if I just get an HDD and put my OS on that, would I be able to move that OS into an SSD later when I can actually upgrade and get one?

I would just reinstall Windows when you get the SSD.

If you want a budget ssd go with kingston v300, im sure theres a cheaper adata one but i wouldnt recommend it. Samsung evo 850 is a little more expensive but u cant go wrong with it

If you're building a "gaming pc" and your budget is that tight that you cant afford a 120GB over a 60GB ssd, then i'd recommend not getting an SSD. Get a HDD, and put the difference towards your graphics card.

A cheap option for the OS is the Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB. A lot of people look down on it, but an OS and a few small programs aren't terribly write intensive, so that SSD will be fine. For something longer lasting and more resilient, the Samsung 850 EVO is worth a look. Although, it is more expensive.
