This is completely random and I know that they have there own membership to support the channel. I was wondering though if Linus Tech Tips would consider doing a patreon account to be supported that way.

They could, but I think they mentioned they'd rather you just become a contributor on the forum. Since you at least get a little "something" back, like access to an exclusive subforum, a colored username, etc...

They went with Vessel instead. Since LMG already has forum contributions, Amazon links and Store for merch.
