PC repair toolkit?

You mean a screwdriver?

A messenger bag will do you fine.

What he said^

Get a Hyper 212 Evo for the cooler.

Get a snowball mic: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836431002

I would say grab a headset and a laptop bag, I would want to take my music on my laptop anywhere thus the bag, and I want to be able to enjoy the music anywhere thus the headphones

I'm sorry, but a pc repair toolkit is a bit unnecessary. You only need a screwdriver to do pretty much everything to a pc.

And a wrench.

You fix a computer by whacking it with a wrench. Trust me--it's what the engineers do. :)
