Should i overclock my ram?

no point really...

just increases temps and power consumption for pretty much no performance improvement other than getting a higher number in a synthetic benchmark

you will get 0.2 fps in games. Not worth it

Not worth it IMO unless your like me and still rocking ddr3 1333mhz..

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

I'm fairly certain you still won't see any significant increase if you OC ddr3....

i oc'd it to 1453mhz and i gained 2 fps in crysis. hurray!

then it broke at 1456mhz..

Ya, I have DDR3 16gb 800mhz RAM and it honestly has no noticeable difference in games from 2400mhz.
