Does a core i5 4690k and a Msi Radeon 380 need water cooling?

No. You can air cool them both just fine.

Nope. You can cool the 4690K with its stock cooler and still be able to OC (OverClock) a little. Air is fine.

Are you overclocking them to the highest possible clock or just mild oc? If the former then water, if the latter then air is fine.
