You might consider an mATX case like the Cooler Master N200. Or you could go with the ATX version of the motherboard, ASRock H97 PRO4; or an ATX motherboard in the same price range, ASRock H97 Anniversary.

 

Why do you not need an ssd?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Since you haven't bothered to indicate how the system will be used I cannot answer that question. I can say however, that it is very rare to find a situation in which an ssd will not contribute to a much better performing system.
