My sis is bringing me a r7 260x as a gift can i use it well and what all games can i play at 1080p high/max settings with aroung 30 fps

Can i play gta iv, watch dogs,battlefield 4,call of duty aw etc

Games that aren't CPU intensive will do fine. So if you're into WoW, older FPS's, or alot of single player games, this will do fine.
