don't buy sleeve fans, they suck. buy bearing or double bearing fans.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Buy some Cougar Vortex or Noctua fans, even BeQuiet! Has good ones.

I've used Sickleflow's and although they aren't the best around they are very nice for the money. Every Corsair fan i've ever owned as rattled slightly which was annoying. If you can then stretch for Noctua Redux fans.

The corsair ones are apparently much quieter, and are approx. the same price. (per fan)

I would get the corsair ones, but make sure you 100% need more fans.

The Antec ones get great reviews for how quiet they are, but you gotta consider they max out at 1000 RPMs

http://www.amazon.com/Antec-TrueQuiet-120-120mm-Cooling/dp/B004AGXHE6/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1443137892&sr=1-6&refinements=p_36%3A-1000

This NZXT ones are very decent too

If you want LEDs i recomend this Enermax ones

Neither Corsair AF120s or sickle flows are very good, they are not particularly quiet nor particularly high performing.
