There are so many great options. Ideally im looking for silence with my PC parts as the 980ti even without overclocking is powerful enough to run 144fps on a 1440p monitor, however performance is also a major factor (duh!).

So I've got it down to either:

The zotac amp

Or

The MSI Twin Frozr OC Edition

The second is so much more expensive than the first and I wanna save money where I can without cutting corners but it seems the zotac out-powers the MSI? Anyway, any recommendations between these two or any other cards would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a tad extra to spend, the Lightning 980 ti is supposed to be the coolest and quietest card on the market now I believe.

It's not necessarily worth the extra ~$100 though, unless you really want that quietness and nice thermals to go with it.

plsssss don't recommend the HOF and say "you won't have to overclock"

It's literally designed to have shittons of voltage pushed through it -.-

You wont have to overclock though because the 980Ti was generally meant for 4k :L
