900$ Gaming rig

Hi guys, I was wondering if some of you could possibly take a glance at this build and see if anything could be improved for my budget? I could go up to around 950$. This is my first post here so please tell me if I did something wrong!

you should get a r9 390 instead of the gtx 970

No need for a "Z" board with a locked i5. H81 is fine. No need for a cooler for the 4460 - stock is good for it. That allows you to get a 390X - almost as powerful as a 980 for cheaper.

You went from bad to fire hazard.

Get the EVGA GS650W - the one I recommended. It's based on the SeaSonic G-series platform.
