well.. you could try to contact "totally legal" microsoft support or something?

enough with the smart ass comments. If anyone knows why the MK would work and USB mouse would not, please, do leave a post.

Don't suppose you could give us some information to go off, other than that they're "having problems".

 

FYI the "smart ass comments" above are simply in resonse your lack of information, please tell us something useful about the issues so we can begin to help you.

USB3 and lack of drivers? Why not post something we can work with and leave attitude outside?
