Try this,

i5 6700 with a 390, but more importantly a board capable of future crossfire with a second 390 later on, as well as decent overclocking if he ever upgrades to like a kaby lake i7

Otherwise your cooler there is a bit out of place, that motherboard I can't imagine is going to overclock too well, you'd be better off just ditching it and upping the CPU to an i7 for the same money.

The PSU you chose is not good,

You have a unlocked CPU with a mobo not designed for overclocking.
