So I'm wanting to upgrade my PC, had my current one for over 3 years, in the coming months... I have about £1500 to spend :)

So I'd like some of you input on what to get :)

I would prefer it to be VR and 4K ready don't mind if AMD or NVIDIA graphics but would prefer it to have 6+ CPU cores and 32GB RAM. Storage is of no issue as I already have 6TB and another 3TB drive coming :P (my other 2TB seagate drive failed after 1 year :( so I'm getting a WD red to replace my current seperate drives)

I have a Samsung 850 EVO but seems to have slowed down considerably so I may have to upgrade that too ¬_¬

Other Notes: Check my signature/profile for current system specifications :)

I would suggest something along the lines of an Intel 5820k as the cpu, and a MSI X99 SLI Plus mobo. Will fit fine in your case, and will alleviate any bottlenecks that may occur with a more powerful gpu. With that said, a 980ti is probably your best bet for 4k, and if one is not enough, the mobo will be more than ready to support it. However, a single 980ti should do fine, and will work fine with your psu (no need to upgrade it.) Everything else should be reusable, you might have to buy a new cpu mounting bracket, and you'll need some DDr4.

you may want to look at Haswell-E for the cpu.

That's going to be tough as no single gpu can run 4k at 60+ fps right now, you could sli or xfire cards but that has other issues like stutter.
