This is my sytem im buying in a matter off days(cant wait)-(upgrading from a compaq laptop)

the MSI is more expensive - he's already over budget and the XFX 380 is perfectly fine.

And it's not worth the extra cash for a backplate - both cards run cool and quiet and are the same chip.

8320 has low IPC - much lower IPC - its cores are roughly  half the horse power of intel cores - and games use mostly 4 or less cores - thus the 8320 will have a lot more frame drops. You also can't OC it without a cooler and a suitable board making it even worse since an 8320 NEEDS at least 4 GHz to be a viable option for gaming.

The 4460 doesn't need a cooler or an expensive board.

I like the build quality of MSI, that's all. For the comfort of no gpu sag.

I like the build quality of MSI, that's all. For the comfort of no gpu sag.

GPU-sag ain't an issue - it doesn't do anything to the card.

500 sould be enough. i ran my 7850k 95 watt with an r9 390 om a 500 watt psu and it ran fine.

You could get the case later. ive run stuff for a week or 2 b4 stuffing it in a case:)
