Change shift knob?

I have a Daewoo matiz and I wanted to change the shift knob with a metal one like this:

http://www.amazon.it/Pomello-universale-cambio-manuale-alluminio/dp/B00SMRVWDW/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1442681463&sr=8-5&keywords=pomello+cambio

My question is... can I change it? And how do I do it?

It says that it's universal on that page so I guess I can mount it on my car.

they are really really hard to get off. they aren't universal. and its probably super glued on. try heating it up.
