Hate to disappoint, but what you want doesn't really exist(especially for the price).

The closest I know of is this http://routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN - and this http://routerboard.com/CRS109-8G-1S-2HnD-IN - both have an SFP port, are capable of being used as routers (run Mikrotik RouterOS) and have wifi (but only 2.4GHz 2x2 MIMO N - not 5GHz and not AC). I'm not aware of anything right now that has both an SFP port and dual band N or AC. Most things on the market for dual band AC are going to use ethernet instead of fiber so they can be powered by POE. For most situations having power and data on a single cable trumps having a fiber connection.

You'll need to split your needs up into two devices. You could either go with a fiber media converter to give you an ethernet port and a router, or you can get a switch with builtin SFP (like this - http://routerboard.com/RB260GS ) and a router, or you could find a cheap router with an SFP port, and a second router or AP that has dual band AC.

Optical, lol, just the transceiver modules can easily be 100 euros or more wholesale.

What kind of "optical" did you have in mind?  Surely you're not talking about GPON optical, which basically you are compelled to use the carrier's prescribed ONT, right?

I am not sure what you mean by "ISP" port - a Mikrotik router can be programmed to use any of its ports for the WAN connection in a business or home setting, or even be connected to multiple ISPs. There is one gigabit SFP port, 5 gigabit ports in a switch group, and 5 100Mb ports in a switch group. If you want the two switch groups to act as one switch you have to bridge them in software. You can also break up the switch groups so that certain ports in each set are not a part of the switch and only talk directly to the router's OS (This is what you would do if you were using an RJ45 port for your ISP connection, to separate it from the LAN). See here http://routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN and especially the block diagram, brochure, and quick guide available from the left-hand side of that page for details.

Edit: BTW currently if I was in need of a wireless router with an SFP port, I would go for the hAP AC rather than the RB2011 line.
