Why my RAM incereases when I start up my computer? I have 4gb of ram,when I boot up my computer it incereases max to 3,5gb and it slows computer. When I have no programs opened.  I dont know what to do,I think that is too much.

Is a windows program such as updater running in the background through svchost?

holy shit you do have a lot of stuff running, like raptr, skype, ubericon (useless junk) you have several programs running from tilde, including a dictionary browser  and some random do nothing program, i also see a VNC running, 5 or six of these "soultolaunch" programs, rocketdock, just tons and tons of useless programs and junk running for no reasons, i'd have to say you are infected with something. even photoshop is running, its no wonder you have no ram left

Troubleshooting a pc will make you believe in gremlins.

To sum up Deagon. Uninstall some garbage of make it so they don't launch when they boot
