Hey Guys!  So I would like to know what theme (dark) was @LinusTech using in his Razer on the WAN Show : NO MORE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES?

The Windows 8.1 Theme with the dark taskbar and white icons. I love it very much!

you set the windows theme colour in your control panel personalization settings

And the icon colour can be set manually or to match the desktop wallpaper, so if he has a wallpaper with some white on it the icons and start menu will be white

I know it's windows 10. But i need something like this for windows 8.1. That's why I was asking the name. My mistake :)

Uh ... Upgrade to Windows 10.
