Any suggestions or criticism?

For $300 you could snag a used 780 Ti on ebay

Also, you can get a 4690k for about $190 on ebay, which turbos up to 3.9ghz even without overclocking

You're cheaping out WAY TOO MUCH on your PSU. I would never trust a brand like that, especially considering its price.

Here is a better build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($229.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Thermal Compound: Arctic Cooling MX4 4g Thermal Paste  ($6.95 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($71.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($89.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card  ($329.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $981.55
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
