You mean the C70? I would also recommend that case also because it is a very well built case and cable management is pretty easy for a non-modular psu (TX650 V2). It also has lots of fan mounts which means that this case offers great airflow imo.

lol wrong letter my bad.

Hello guys,

I'm looking for a new case but most of the cases dont match my requirements and i was hoping that some of you could help me.

The cases i looked at so far are:

Corsair 350d (my perfect case but a little bit to small)

Corsair 650d (is the size i like but doesn't have dual front fans)

Corsair 800d (too expensive)

Silverstone tj 07 (is not painted inside and just too expensive)

Silverstone tj11b-w (too expensive)

I really like the look of the obsidian cases but i have yet to find one that meets my requirements and is in my price range. (it is possible i'm just to picky about case requirements)

My budget is 180 euro's or 240 US dollars

I'm looking forward to your recommendations

there should be a sticky in the case section called :

need a case?

the fd define r4 is most probably what you want.

it s such a good case, it literally pops up in every thread

Anything I write is just a comment, take is as such, there is no guarantees associated with anything I say.

honestly, I think the most important thing when choosing one is finding one that think looks good.

Personally, I find the CM scout 2 to be the best looking mid-tower case out now..  Its is a little costly at $99 tho for what you get.  I recently bought one of these.  Its pretty well made but theres nothing super impressive about it.  The main reason I went for it was because it looks sleek and has expanded sides..  they look cool but when I did my build I found that it didnt offer a huge improvement over typical cases with flat sides as far as wire managment is concerned.. .

one thing about this case is that the mother board standoffs that came it were the worst I ever used..   I started to get mad after stripped two of them and had to remove the mobo twice while trying to do a super clean wiring job.  they are made from a brass that is about as strong as butter.. I had to use some modo standoffs from one of my other antec cases just to complete that build.. long story short if you buy a cooler master case just pick of some different mobo standoffs from ebay or frozen cpu something.. you probably be better off..

I also like antec cases, mostly because they have a lot of cheap ones.

it seems NZXT has some cases that offer a few nifty bells and whistles.

I have never tried fractal cases but they look nice.  Im sure its nice to use a case with sound deadening material.

I'd recommend the R4 with the side window. It looks absolutely gorgeous. If I wasn't running watercooling, it would be my case of choice. Gives a great platform for mods or if you just like simplistic cases with all the right features. I used to be into the "gaming" case designs but over time I've moved towards the simplistic, high build quality cases and the price of the R4 is amazing, well compared to other cases down here in Oz.
