Rising Thunder. It's a free to play fighting game that seeks to get more new blood into the genre. And apparently it is playable with a keyboard in case you don't have a controller.

Or Skullgirls. I'm kind of in a fighting game mood lately.

Other obvious choices for PC would be MGS V The Phantom Pain, Witcher 3, Farcry 4, GTA V, and others I'm sure have been mentioned in this thread already.
