I dont know what "this" is, but your motherboard should come with an SLI connector if it supports SLI configs.

You may have to buy an SLI bridge and there are some real fancy ones from EVGA just make sure you put the right part into the right socket

It would appear as though the MOBO with SLI in its name does not include an SLI bridge, that is weird. Anyway, if you are planning on running a dual card setup, literally any one will do. You can go spend $20+ if you want one of the fancy glowing ones, but I would personally just go with a basic flexible one like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA76H2GU2281&cm_re=sli_bridge-_-9SIA76H2GU2281-_-Product
