Hey everyone,

I have been a long time lurker and this will be my first time posting here, I have gone through many iterations of PC's through the years. However today I have upgraded from my Thermaltake Level 10GT with a H100 to a complete custom loop in a Fractal Design Define S. I have never been the type to care about how my PC looked as long as it turned on and worked but that is all about to change, I mostly use the computer for Video/Image editing, small amount of gaming and surfing reddit/LTT.

So here we go;

Specs:

Intel 4770K

GTX 770

16GB Patriot RAM

Xonar STX Sounds Card (don't overly use because of External DAC)

120gb SSD and 2TB WD HDD

New Watercooling Parts:

Fractal Define S

EK D5 Pump and Res

EK Universal GPU Block

XPSC Raystorm CPU Block

XSPC 360 Rad

3x Noctua NF-F12's

XSPC Black chrome Compression Fittings.

This is the H100 after 4ish years inside the LVL10 GT

All the goodies

The new platform to work with, I must say this case is very well thought out by Fractal. The cable routing and mounting options are just incredible.

Prepping the GTX 770 for the EK Waterblock. This is a universal block from EK to fit a few cards, I did research to check if the memory gets to hot on these without cooling but have found that they only get up to around 60c.

Test Fitting Fans, Rads and Mobo

More Parts Fittings

Loop all fitted after leak testing and filling, Just making sure Temps are where they are meant to be.

Working a lot of the bubbles out, PS the PSU will be coming out in a couple of weeks for a modular unit.

Here she is sealed up and ready to clock.

Now I just have to order the Pink Pastel die for the coolant and the new PSU and I will happily call it finished for now.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks for reading :)

Why did you not get a full cover block? The Mosfets and caps are ganna over heat if you dont add some cooling or thermal pads or anything on them

And also why do you have such a shitty looking power supply for such a good build?

Nice! What are temps like? I would suggest getting another, nicer looking, PSU.

Other then that, nice man.

Question 1, No company makes a full cover GPU block for my card :/

Question 2. It was the one in my other PC and didn't have the funds at time of ordering the WC parts to order the PSU

That's cool, I got the same reactions from friends.

I'm running the MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr and the EK site said the universal blocks where the only ones that fit, But if the fullsize block would fit (if anyone knows) I would be willing to pick one up.
