Upgrade Build for Friend (AUS)

My friends is wanting to help me him out with upgrading his current computer setup, so he already has some of the parts needed.  The list of upgrades we decided on are: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/VxxBnQ

 

He mainly uses it for gaming an general computer tasks.  I'm just wondering what anyone's thoughts are on the parts an whether we can get an more performance for the price.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I would not go with skylake cuz its too overpriced atm get an i5 4690k and an LGA 1150 motherboard

 

Also ditch the H55 its very loud.. Get a h100i or NZXT X61
