Hi,

I recently damage my Nexus 4 earbuds and I can't turn on music, use the microphone or answer calls with the button.

I'm looking for earbuds with microphone that are compatible with the Nexus 4 (3.5mm jack) with a button to answer calls or turn on/off the music.

Since it's not easy to choose and because the prices are quite different, I'd like recommendations for three price ranges:

  • 0 to 30 dollars;
  • 30 to 60 dollars;
  • More than 60 dollars.

I'm not into bass sound and I use the Google Music app.

Thanks.

My dream in life is to live of quality internet fiber and junk food.

Every time I recommend cheap earbuds a fight breaks out over which EQ sounds best, so I'll leave that alone. Most of them all sound the same anyways.

Tried the JBL J33 for $60, was really good. Inline option is the J33i for $80.

Did NOT like the SteelSeries In Ear Pro ($130), so I wouldn't recommend.

Love my Sennheiser IE60's ($250), but there's no mic on that.

monoprice bass enhanced iem's were great for $7 and rivaled my meelec m6, but my m6 fit better and were much better build quality.

My cc51p review is in the faq and review section,

Will work for electronic components and parts
