Does anyone know if Fraps(recording software) developers abandoned the software?

Does anyone know if Fraps(recording software) developers abandoned the software? The software haven't get any updated since 2 years now, and i doubt majority of peoples already experienced software glitch and issue at the moment or so?

everyone uses OBS now to record gameplay..

I use dxtory, fraps was causing performance decreases so I decided to swap and I like how dxtory has the ability to record different audio channels.
