Best power bank?

Hi Guys,

 

I need to buy a power bank for my Moto G 2nd gen.

Im looking at something around the £15 range.

Doesnt have to be too big.

I want it to charge nice and fast (output and input)

It should be fairly thin and small, weight isnt a big problem.

I would like it to fit in my pocket.

The 5200mah is a bit small... i would like something a bit bigger.

However the 16000 is massive! but £20 a bit too much...
